WEWO MANAGEMENT PVT LTD. was established in the year 2010 with the name of INDIAN SHEEN SERVICES, while applying for Private Limited company we have change our company name as Wewo Management Pvt Ltd to provide world class, Facility management and Manpower Support services all over Karnataka. Within a short span of time, we have expanded our capacity to service many Clients and now WEWO is leading, Facility management and Manpower Support service providing company in Karnataka. OUR SERVICES
We are very much keen to collect the Antecedents of the selected candidates with their photography, police verification, contact numbers etc., we provide handsome UNIFORM with accessories to our employees.
TRAINING AND RECRUITMENT
Before Recruitment, we undertake a thorough screening. We generally prefer sponsored candidates with proper references. We confirm one’s identity by their various records like school certificate, ration cards, voter ID card etc., apart from other cross questioning and interrogation. After that we carry out police verification of our selected candidates.
- Minimum qualification is Matriculation and above.
- Compulsory Antecedent verification.
- Age for Candidate is 20-40 years and for Supervisors is 25-50 years.
- Physically fit and mentally alert.
Each new candidate is given 2 weeks Indoor and outdoor training. Training consists of a range of processes involved in making sure that job holders have the right skills, knowledge and attitudes required to help the organization to achieve its objectives. Finally, they are given on job training at the site.
SMART MANAGEMENTS SYSTEMS
We have a strong Operational team comprising of Smart Managements, we have defined through process to provide quality services till end. We ensure that our clients get complete satisfaction and the company gets rewarded with strong and everlasting relations with clients.
OPERATIONAL MANAGER
Certain number of zones makes an area. An area is looked after by an Area Manager. He will be a senior man with vast experience. He visits the units regularly and also meets management and staff on a regular basis.
FIELD OFFICER
The area has been divided into various zones consisting of certain number of Units. Each such Zone is personally looking after by a Field Officer. The Field Officer visits the unit daily to check the attendance, discipline, turnout of staff and also meet the Security In-charge of the unit and take necessary instructions on day to day functioning and requirements.

Manpower is the most crucial asset of any organization. For a company to function properly it should have responsible manpower who can manage its operations.
